The Page Boy (E.B. Boatner) had this to say about Tall, Dark & Dead in the Minneapolis/St. Paul GLBT Magazine Lavender.
The last line of the review is a bit baffling. I read it twice and am still not entirely sure how to take it.
However, I met Mr. Boatner for coffee the other day and he expressed enthusiasm for the book, so my guess is that I'm to read that line as "I wish I'd written a book this cool," not "This is so fucked up, I wish I were making it up, but I'm not."
Oh, and please note that at the time I was posting this the picture and the review did not match. My cover is in front of the review for Michael S. Berman and Laurence Shames' Living Large and visa versa.
